Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of Switzerland.

The User understands that we do not control and are not responsible for content made available through the website unless it originates from us. By using the website users may be exposed to content provided by third parties that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise objectionable. Users use the website at their own risk and to the extent permissible at law we do not accept liability in this regard.

General Terms of Use

Supply/Termination Of Services: We will provide the services with due care and skill but do not warrant the User that the website will be provided without fault or disruption. Arabesque LLC reserves the right to change the website at any time.
