Robot Stirs Up Pharma Scene
Social Robot Pepper met with physicians, scientists, biologists and chemists in Berlin. In it’s funny, straightforward way, the robot welcomed, informed and entertained the visitors. The interaction design between man and robot caught the visitors attention positively and was well received.

- By using social media, our post not only spread the message to our business clients, but also found its way from Berlin to Munich in no time when my wife learned about Pepper.
- Currently many ideas are being developed internally.
- Personally, I compare the robot with my daughter who is 8 years old – just go straight to the people, talk to them and take away their shyness. Then people open up. Interestingly, the robot does that better than we do!
